When foreign matter is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is other substances or grains that can be found in different grains such as wheat. Various wheat and other grains that pass through the perforated metal sieve, such as weed seeds, stones, soil, stalks, in the grains are called foreign matter.
Wheat grains that are moldy, rotten, undeveloped, eaten by insects are spoiled grains. A foreign matter search is performed to eliminate all foreign groups such as broken grains, weak grains, grains that have been damaged by all kinds of insects, and unhealthy grains. The main purpose of this test is to increase the yield of products to be obtained such as flour by separating various foreign substances in wheat.
Foreign materials may reduce its commercial value during milling. Efficiency increases with the separation of foreign materials from the product.
"Foreign Material Search" is carried out in our laboratories in accordance with the legal regulations and standards related to TÜRKAK accreditation.
